We are back in Marathon.
We did fly to Atlanta for Christmas Holiday for two weeks. We stayed at Janna's so we could spend most of our time with Cameron and Jeb. We had several doctors appointments set up for our check ups and Rx refills. It was fun being with family and friends but seemed we didn't have enough time for all. It was very different not having a place of our own to go to. I was afaird Janna and John thought we started smelling like a fish does after 3 days. We were trying to do our part keeping up with laundry and keeping the kitchen clean. We miss everyone but doing our traveling on Miss Cameron we have wanted to do for several years when Dennis finally retired.
He is doing a good job being retired, he finally has the "I have time to do nothing mood". After 40 sum years of working he deserves that time. He has met up with several guys who love to fish and know where to catch more then you could want. The weather has been cool for this time of year in this area but Dennis also said he wasn't going to be cold this winter.
We went out with our marina friends here in Marathon to celebrate New Years eve. Had dinner and even danced at the Key Colony Inn. Dennis has found his dancing shoes, we even went to the Elks Wednesday night and danced.
I know have been laxs not writng in the blog but I am always wanting to find something outside to do.
